DEATH UNDER CHLOROFORM. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 3. Dorothy Mary Ruth Silcock, a single woman, aged 26 years, died on Saturday under the influence of chloroform while having teeth extracted. An inquest was held vestorday, and a verdict was returned that she died of heart failure white under the influence of an anasthotic. GIRL KILLED BY MOTOR-CAR. AUCKLAND, Dec. 3.
