•SLY GROG SELLING. ”na mesa association. "WELLINGTON. Sept. S. In the sly grog eases, the charge against Albert Weeks, of selling liquor, was withdrawn. Ho was further charged with being the occupier of premises in which was found a. rpiantity of whisky. This was also dismissed, the evidence showing that Robert Percival Pascoe, late occupier oi the premises, was the owner of the liquor," which lie used for illicit trading. Pascoe admitted selling tho liquor, and was lined £23, in default three months’ imprisonment.
