GERMANS ON RUSSIAN COAST. PETROORAD, May 3. Official.—Germans are occupying the Shavii district. German patrols appeared near Libau and Gorman torpedoboats visited the Gulf of Riga. GERMAN'S CLAIM A SUCCESS. (Received May-4, 10.5-5 a.m.) AMSTERDAM. May 3. A Gorman communique, states that they have taken ITBO Russian prisoners south of Mitau. After severe fighting iu the west of Gaiicia from the Hungarian frontier to Duuajec on too Vistula they penetrated the Russian front at numerous points and pushed the Russians back everywhere, those escaping being hotly pursued.
