SYDNEY, April 29. ' An inquest, was held touching the death of Robert Coneys, a New Zealander, who was found dead in bed. The evidence showed that he was employed as a rout collector. His employer discovered a shortage in his accounts. Deceased promised to make the shortage good, and cabled to New Zealand for money, which was not forthcoming. He also .stated that he came into a fortune j of £8(J1J0 some years ago. The medical i evidence - was to the effect that death i was due to poisoning. A verdict of • suicide was returned.
