WHEAT SHIPMENTS.
VESSELS AT VLADIVOSTOCK. pec rar.ss apsocutic:*. WELLINGTON, April 27, Mr. Massey informed a Past reporter that ho bad received the following cablegram from .Mr. Clifton, representing the New Zealand Government at the PanamaExpo.sitiou, Sap Francisco:—“lt is observed Imre that some 3.30.000 tons of wheat arc said to bo in course of arrival at Vladivostock for shipment to Europe, it is said that a large number of British ships havo arrived at that port via the Panama Canal, and that there will he some delay experienced in the loading, as there are but few facilities there for dealing with such cargoes, and that temporary' wharves and moorings are being constructed.”
