A HAIRDRESSING SALOON DAMAGED. PFE PEESS ASSOCIAIIONINVER.CARGILL, April 27. A fire occurred at midnight in Doig’s hairdressing saloon in the Albion Buildings. The. damage to the stock was estimated at £4OO, the insurances being £BSO. The damage to the building amounted to £l5O. SUPPOSED INCENDIARISM. AUCKLAND, April 27. The plumbing, shop and workrooms of ' T. E. Skinaor, at Pukekohe, were gutted early on Tuesday morning. The building was in close proximity to the scene of tiro recent lives, and there are suspicions of incendiarism which are causing much uneasiness, especially as the hose used by the brigade was found to have been, cut when the alarm waa given, Skinner was insured for £2OO, and estimates his loss at £4OO.
