COSTS ALLOWED BY THE COURT. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, April 27. The Electoral Court to-day formally declared Robert M'Nab elected as member for Hawke’s Bay. as the petitioner did not desire to proceed further with the .petition and there were no, charges of 'corrupt or illegal practices. Counsels fee should be £37 10s and other costs as in the Wellington City election case. The court allowed seven extra days and extra counsel for eight days according to scale, and also witnesses’ expenses and disbursements.
