ARREST OF ANARCHISTS.
PLOT AGAINST CZAR. BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH COPYRIGHT. PARIS, July 7. Kirichok, a Russian anarchist, and Tarojanoviky, a Polo, carrying powerful bombs, wero arrested at Beaumont sur Oise, near Pontoise. It is believed that they were concerned in a plot against the life of President Poincare, to prevent his visit to tho Czar, Kirichek states that the bombs were intended for the Czar.
