RAILWAY, APPEAL BOARD.
A SOLUTION REACHED. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. PALMERSTON N, March 28. _ Regarding the deadlock at tho Railway Appeal Board, an agreement haa been arrived at. After an exhaustive arngment a suggestion by Mr. HasekJen was adopted that Duncan be called as the first witness, the Magistrate stating that once ho has 'given his evidence there was no power to prevent .hhn-ro-maining in court.
