CONSULTATION OF DOMINIONS.* ST ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. —COPYRIGHT. (Received March 25, 11.20 a.m.) LONDON, March 24. Mr. Churchill, in reply to a question whether the proposals regarding the disposition of the fleet -were made after consulting the dominions, said ho regarded the statement made when in* traducing tho Estimates as self-explana-tory. He had nothing to add. Air. Churchill added that lie had seen the newspaper reports of Senator Millcn’s remarks. A relief crew for the Psycho would sail at the end of April. Mr. Asquith, questioned in the House of Commons, said the Government was considering tho holding of a Defence Conference with Australia' and New' Zealand, and was now in communication with their Governments.
