AN EXCLUSION BILL. BT ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.—COPYRIGHT. WASHINGTON, .March 15. Representative Church of California has introduced a Bill in the House of Representatives to exclude Hindus, and providing that all Hindus shall be regarded as labourers unless it is shown that they are jtrofessional men. The Bill also prohibits Hindu immigration via tho Canal zone or tho Philippines.
