At the inquest on Allen Burroughs, who was killed in a biplane accident, evidence was given that after tho inspector had passed tho re-constructed biplane, a tube constituting the rudder of the car had boon weakened by somebody carelessly filing away tho rough metal resulting from welding. GERMAN AIRMAN KILLED. (Received March 16, 9.10 a.m.) BERLIN, March 15. Lieut, Lesser, flying at Kocuigsberg, fell and was killed.
