When, the match was resum»d to-day, Wellington had lost five wickets for 32 runs. Tho rest only added 39. The cricket match between Canterbury and Otago for the'Plunket Shield was concluded to-day, tho visitors winning by an innings and 32 runs. Canterbury made 442 in the first innings and Otago 195 in the first and 215 in tho ascond innings (M’Farlano 61, Tnckwell 52, Watson 30, Bruges 26 not out, and Chadwick 19).
