ACCIDENT TO A SAWYER. FSB EBESS ASSOCIATION. GISBORNE, July 16. A young man, named Sutherland, ■while sawing a log at Motu, was severely crushed. He is being brought to town. ’ EYSOL POISONING. DANNBVXRKE, July Id. A married woman named Heigh, wife of the manager of Otana Station, walked into a room to-day while the servants were having dinner, and drank a quantity of lyaol, and then collapsed. She now lies in the Dannevirko Hospital in a precarious condition. FATAL EALL FROM A HORSE. INVERCARGILL, July 15. A lad named Wilfimn Crow, aged 15, while riding a draught horse near Orepuki on Sunday, mot with a serious accident, his horse falling and rolling on him. Crow was taken to the Riverton Hospital, where he died this evening.
