A final reminder is given our readers of the land sale to bo held by Mr. Newton King at his New Plymouth mart on Saturday on account of three vendors. Tho first property to bo offered is on account of the trustee in the estate of the late Susan Copes take, and is a very nice little farm of 50 acres, being fection 2, Huirangi district. A comfortable dwelling-house and other farm buildings are on this property. On account of tho same a similar farm of just over SO acres in tho same district will bo offered, and also 60 shares in the Lepporton Co-operative Dairy 00. The second property will bo sold under instructions from tho Public Trustee in Thomas Hangman's estate, and consists of 50 acres, being section 62, Huirangi and situate at the corner of Kelly and Cross roads. Tlie third property is about two acres in area, being sections Nos. 1 to 10, Borough of Waitara.
