The Chronicle has received a wireless message from Constantinople that the Sultan, for forty hours, sought to persuade tho Young Turks to pardon some of the murderers. Ho particularly demanded this in the case of Salih Pasha, who was the ex-Sultan’s son-in-law. Tho executions will certainly load to reprisals.
