HOTEL ROBBERY.

In tho Berkeley Hotel prosecution the police stated that a bag containing £147 had been found behind a radiator under which a rat was seen to run. Tho bag was left by James, who asked to resume duty next morning. Five pounds was abstracted, and Jamos was arrested and confessed that James Sharman and William Fell concocted tho burglary, James supplying tho impression of tho safe key in a cake of soap. Tho three men were remanded.
