The casual camps for Territorials were postponed to-day, owing to -tho heavy rain. The Wimmcrn, which arrived from northern ports to-day, met tho fall force of tho storm. bho reached Wellington with a list to starboard, due to her cargo having shifted. Sho shipped large quantities of :; waiter. Throo members of tho crow woro injnred. One liad a thumb hurst open, another his ribs bruised, and a third a leg hurt.
