SYSTEMATIC BETTING, By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. 1 MELBOURNE, April 30. Systematic betting on football matches is being introduced in Victoria. -Circulars have beeen issued giving directions to persons wishing a range of three to one to those selecting two winning teams playing oft their own grounds, to a hundred to one to those selecting the winners of two home and five away matches and ono drawn in ono afternoon. The promoter has not been disclosed, but it is understood that the scheme was launched in Sydney. Certainly Molbournjtes have been askod to become agents.
