PAPKE DISQUALIFIED. By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received March 20, 8.45 a.m.) PARIS, March 19. Tho French Boxing Federation has disqualified Papke for a year for butting at Klaus in the recent fight. The Federation adopted a now rule, punishing boxers who fouled their opponent in order to be disqualified, and so avert defeat.
