BEET SUGAR PRODUCTION. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. (Received Dec. 24, 10-50 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 23. Professor Licht estimates the production of beet sugar has increased 1,322,000 tons, and the surplus for the season will be 2,074,000 tons.
