At tho London sales the following are prices realised for fleece portions of the clips named 1 ; Mount Palm, top price 13s, average 12|d; Mimfenden 13d and 12fd.

Wheat. Markets are temporarily firmer owing to strong American markets, due to reports of heavy rains in Canada and North-west America, and quieter owing to the continued fine weather in Russia. An Australian cargo sold at 39s 4jd; a South Australian sailer June shipment was offered at 40s, and a steamer AugustSeptember shipment at 39s 3d. A New South Wales April shipment sold, at 39s 6d and an Australian sailer new ■crop January-Fobruary shipment at 37s 3d. A steamer December-January shipment sold at 38s. For Australian parcels afloat 38s to 38s 6d is being paid; Australian spot 42s to 435. Flour.—Steady and unchanged. Oats.—Firm and quiet. For La Plata July shipment 16s 6d Svas paid, and for an. August shipment 16s lid. Barley, ifirm.

Butter.—Firm and quiet; Danish has risen throe kroner; Australian and New Zealand are very firm and unchanged, and arrivals are clearing steadily. Cheese.—Dull; New Zealand 65s to 665, Canadian 64s to 655. Rabbit-skins.—At the sales 2196 bundles were offered and 1990 sold.
