MORE TROOPS SENT THERE. By Electric TeV-craph. —Copyright. LONDON, April. 18. Official advices from Fez state that S portion of the native troops and a section of the population have rebelled. The French garrison at Fez numbers 1500. (Received April 19, 9.40 a.m.) TANGIER, April 18. The native troops in several quarters of Fez revolted and several Frenchmen were killed. The embassy hawever is cafe and troops have arrived from Mequinez.
