Councillor John Wilson for tho City and Mr, Solomon, K.C., for Morningtou, Mr. Inglis for Mosgiel. and Mr. Moeller for West Harbour were elected Mayors unopposed. NAPIER, April 17. Mr. J. V. Brown, M.R., has been elected unopposed for his sixth term as Mayor of Napier. HAWERA, April 17. Messrs. A. W. Gillies and H.
