Tho Chief Justice in delivering judgment in a case in which finger print evidence was prominent declared that finger prints alone were insufficient warrant for a conviction. Tho system had not been scientifically proved and was in absolute opposition to the whole theory of anthropology. Justices Hodges, Cusscn and the other members of the Full Court Bench held that finger prints were sufficient evidence.
