AN AFTERMATH OF FEVER. By Electric Telegraph. —Copyright. (Received April 13, 8.5 a.m.) NEW YORK, April 12. Reports everywhere indicate that the subsidence of the floods has been followed by serious outbreaks of fever among the, refugees in the camps. Six thousand people are homeless. There have been several fatal cases of fever and some of smallpox already.
