IX OVERWHELMING QUANTITIES. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. (Received Dec. 16, 11.20 a.m.) OTTAWA, Deo. 15. At Winnipeg the elevators are full to the roofs with grain. The railways are unable to deal with the congestion. Thousands of tons of grain are stacked in the streets of country towns, owners being unable to ship it. Farmers in several places fought to be first to get their grain dispatched- The loss will bo heavy.
