TUB COMMITTEE OF PRIVILEGE. (By Our Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, Oct. 27. The Committee of Privilege of the Legislative Council will report this afternoon, asserting the rights of that Chamber in connection with the charge made against the Hon. Mr. MacDonald by Mr. Hino, and will semi a message to the House of Representatives. Lator in the day the Attorney-General will move to sot up a Committee of Invcsigation and go on with the inquiry, probably to-morrow.
