BIOGRAPH PICTURES. COMPLETE CHANGE TO-NIGHT. The change of programme to-night bids fair to eclipse any that has been shown to date. The films are all highclass, ami include some of the very latest subjects in the kinematogruph. A screaming farce entitled “Black and White,” is a skit on the Jeffries-John-son fight, and is voted one of the best burlesques yet exhibited in the Dominion. Other popular pictures are “First Love,” “Best Dawn,” Freedom Lute Player,” and a screaming comic of the “Tontolines” sorie-s. The whole proprogramme is full of interest, and this class of up-to-date pictures should be sufficient inducement to pack the Theatre to-night. The pictures will not be shown to-morrow night owing to the Theatre being engaged for a rehearse! of “Dorothy. NEW PLYAIOUTH ORCHESTRAL SOCIETY. Readers are reminded that tho, New Plymouth Orchestral Union will’ give its second concert in the Whiteley Hall this evening. Haslam, and Mr. Nixon will contribute items. “DOROTHY.” HEAVY BOOKING. This morning the anticipations of the promoters of “Dorothy” were fully realised by tho response given by the public at Collier’s booking office. Tho plans are already well filled, and anyone not having arranged for scabs should apply early/as the booking for the first night is exceptionally heavy. The applications for tho second night are still coming in readily, everything now pointing to bumper houses greeting tho rising of the curtain on both nights.
