A GIRL’S DEATH. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Get. 25. An inquest was held to-day into the death of May Victoria Riggs,, aged 21 years, who died in the hospital on Sunday. Evidence Showed that the girl had come to Christchurch lately and hid a miscarriage, blood-pdikonillg sufiprvened, and the girl was sent to marital and died there. She wits single when admitted to-the hospital, but Was married while, in tho institution. The girl attributed her tfbtiblo 16 a fall, but the doctors’ evidence Was Contradictory. A verdict Was returned-that death was dtie to septicaemia following a miscarriage, but there Was no evidence to show bow it was caused.
