NpW PLYMOUTH CLUB. The New Plymouth Homing Pigeon Club hold a race from Blenheim last week. The climatic conditions wore most unfavourable, and as a consequence the race did not prove so interesting as had been anticipated, Mr. E. Ward’s Last Link being tho only bird to homo on the day of liberation, flying tho distance of 235 miles in 8 hours 13 minutes. Other members’ birds reached their lofts on tho second day, J. Sparks, W. Francis, and J. Stagpoolo being placed second, third, and fourth respectively.
