LONG ISLAND MEETING. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright NEW YORK, Oct. 24. There wore no flights at the second day of tiio international aviation mooting at Belmont Park, Long Island, and 7500 spectators wore disappointed. The wind was so strong that only two aviators, Grahamo White and Moiesant, dared to ascend. Both came to griof, though without personal injuries. A MILLIONAIRE’S SUCCESS. (Received Oct 2S, 1.30 p.m.) VANCOUVER, Oct. 24. J. A. Droxel, tho millionaire clubman of Pittsburg, has been declared the winner of the aviation speed contest.
