X REVOLVER, A GLASS-CUTTER, AND VALUABLES. Per Press Association. HASTINGS, Feb. 19. A youth named Alfred Marthus, an alleged stowaway from Liverpool, was arrested last night for forgery and for obtaining clothing by means of false pretences. On his person were found a fully loaded revolver, a diamond glasscutter, and other gear; also jewellery, supposed to be the proceeds of a robbery at Dannevirke. Prisoner was remanded till "Monday.
