At the meeting of tho Egmout Lodge, No. 112, this week, the new officers gave an enjoyable concert, the following items being rendered: Pianoforte ™lo, Miss Rnshdon; reading, Bro. G. W. Hartnell; ham solo, Bro. 11. Ricketts: song, Sis. Thorno; recitation. Sis. B. Connott. Mr. M'Crea, district ■.uporintendent J.0.R., Juvenile Branch, moke on tho subject of tho reported increase of dntv on spirits, oto., at Invercargill. After this supper was handed round. Bro. R. Gaukrogor, an old member, in an appropriate speech, wished every success to the 1.0.G.T. and its now local hall. The Lodge was then eloped in duo form by Bro. J. C. Legg, C.T. At the mooting of tho Hope of Burnout Juvenile ‘ Temple the new officers gave an enjoyable concert. The Temple was closed in peace and quietness'by Bro. F. It. Popporoll, act.-C.T.
