Official recognition of the formation of the Quail Patrol of Boy Scouts has boon regoivqd by Major F. W. Sanclford. The corps will bo known as tho Quail Patrol, No. 199. Recognition of Mr. W. P. Nicoll as Scout Master anti Mr. F. W. Sandford as Inspector, is also forwarded by the dominion secretary at Wellington. Major Sandford has received instructions with reference to tho Scout's visit to Wellington tounnrrow week, on tho occasion of Lord Kitchener's visit; also a copy of tho dress regulations.
