Knowldcn, the draughtsman, who was arrested on a charge of removing from tho torpedo school ship Vornon, at Portsmouth, plans, sketches and portions of the naval wireless telegrapnio system, has been released on his own sureties. Tho court was satisfied that Knowldcn had no criminal intent.
