Tho district secretary has issued instructions to lodges to resume in accordance with the vote. RESUMING AVORK. (Received Fob. 14, 1.25 p.m.) SYDNEY, Fob. 14. Some of tho southern collieries have resumed work. THE SOUTHERN MINERS. .(ReceTvcu Feb. 14, 1.55 p.m.) SYDNEY, Fab. 14. All tho southern mines are working excepting North Belli, South Clifton, and Metropolitan mines. Tho lastnamed mine is only delayed through a mishap to its machinery.
