BOUND FOR NEW ZEALAND. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. MELBOURNE, Feb. 13. Lord Kitchener, aboard H.M.S. En!ounter, departed for Now Zealand last night, and was farewelled by a largo gathering. He expressed gratification at the hospitality of the Australians, and hoped his recommendations would 'be found acceptable and suitable, and that they would do something towards the improvement of the defence of Australia. He presented the representatives of the senior cadet forces of the various States with colours worked by Lady Dudley.
