MASTER AND OFFICERS OF THE KAIPARA. MARINE COURT’S FINDING. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Fob. 12. The Kaipara inquiry has concluded. The court found that the vessel struck an uncharted shoal in the Raugitoto fairway. It completely exonerated the captain and officers and complimented them on tho manner in which the vessel was extricated from the trap into which it had fallen. A speedy survey of tho harbour is urged. In this connection the court commented on the masterly inactivity and supineness of the Auckland Harbour Board.
