WELLINGTON. Sept. 15. Two Chinese were charged at tinMagistrate's Court to-day with sellinir pak-a-poo tickets. Mr. Herdman. their counsel, asked that they should be treated similarly to the "two-uppers" by the imposition of a small fine.
