The last night of tho Mevnell and Gunn Company's season (to-night) will be devoted to the performance of Arthur Shirley's latest and greatest plnv, "The Stepmother," a drama which hs<met with extraordinary rh^cops in nil the principal cities of Australia. All the principal members of the company are said to be weM cast, and the final performance should be n particularly good one. The company loavps by train to-morrow morning for Wellington, where a season will be commenced on Monday next.
