MOA DAIRY COMPANY.

(From Our Own Correspondent.) The monthly •mooting of directors of the Moa Dairy Company was hold in the Company's Office. Inglewo-vl, on Monday. the 19th inst. Present: Messrs Herlihy (chairman), Jones, M'Mahoi), Stachurski, Mackie and Todd. Mr Leech in pursuance of his notice of motion moved ''that the resolution to pay out lid per lb. for butter-fur supplied during February and March be rescinded. — Carried. It was decided to pay lOd per lb for butter-fat during April. Mr Mackie brought forward Ins motion providing for the re-adjustment of shares held by the Ratapiko suppliers but the motion lapsed for .want of a seconder. After a considera bio discussion it was decided to deal with the I matter next meeting. A siib-committeo consisting of Messrs Herlihy, Leech, M'Mahon and Todd was set up to meet the representative of the Electric Light and Power Company to go into the question of electric power for the Kaimata Creamery. It arranged to hold a conference of tb« directors of the two companies on April 24 to consider the suggestion, and in the meantime Messrs IFerlihy and Jones and the manager (Mr James) were instructed to visit the Wailui Factory and report to the conference. Transfers of shares from H. N. Heppell to H. Wobton and A. C. Johnson tc» C. H»uvey were approied. Acooiiius nmoiniting to £.8306 (i»cluding €29J« tor milk) were passed for payment.
