CJAPTAIN NAYLOR APPEALS. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 13. Captain Naylor, of the Penguin, has appealed against the Court's finding on the ground that it has not proved that the casualty was due to his negligence or default;'- or that under the circumstances shelter should have Been sought; or that the vessel's head should have been put to sea.
