NEWTON KINGS REPORT. Mr Newton King reports: — At Stratford on Friday, the 20th, I had a big yarding. Several pens of grown bullocks in forward condition were a feature, of the sale. Bidding for store cattle was not quite so brisk as of late, but the majority of lines were quitted either at the hammer or privately at full ruling rates. The 3.1 to 1-year bullocks were well competed for and sold at the hammer, but the 3-year-olds were passed in. In the dairy pens bidding was very quiet. Prices for springers were low.
