A HINT TO FRANCE.

Coghlan, Agent-General for New South Wales, suomits to the Refrigerating Congrebs at Paris a resolution expressing the opinion that, in order to reduce the cost of living to workers and to promote international trade, the regulations hampering the introduction of frozen and chilled produce and storage, distribution and sale of produce in any country should be modified or abolished.
