Roman Catholics were intensely disappointed that the procession as arranged was! not permitted. Many special trains brought worshippers from all parts of tho country. Archbishop Bourne announced the alterations in £he procession arrangements at a mass meeting, at Albert Hall. The announcement was greeted with a stopm of howls and hissing. The Archbishop .said that, though it was impossible to carry with them their Divine Master, he trusted the onloofcing Catholics would make not only the Cathedral but the whole of Westminster one great Sanctuary of the Blessed Sacrament. Fifteen thousand children mst on the Victoria Embankment and marched to the Cathedral, to receive Cardinal Vannutelli's blessing. ,
