MUSICAL EXAMINATIONS.

The following were succesful at the examination held yesterday in St. Mary's Hall, in connection with Trinity College of Music, London: — Agnes Garden Sinclair, intermediate pass, piano, 64 { Miss Mountford); Claribel Pellew, junior honours, 81 (Miss Mountford) ; Mona Corkill, junior pass, 6ft (Miss E. Young); preparatory piano, Eileen Kimble, 95 (Mrs IJniacke); preparatory violin, Eric Drayton Colaon, 84 (Miss H. Robson).; Dorothy Leah Corney, preparatory piano, 74 (Miss H. Robson), ' ' At the practical examinations held in connection witn Trinity College, London, at New Plymouth, on Thursday, September 10, the following pupils of Ohe Convent were successful : Associate of Trinity College^ London* Mabel Olive Clarke, 88 marks ; Amelia Henrietta Smith, 88 marks. Senior Division: Clare O'Brien, 7&mars». Intermediate Division: Frances Harris, 60 marks. Junior Division: Doreen Healy 73* Maisie {Grant 63. Preparatory Division: Clarice Street (violin) 75 ' ' Miss Mabel O. Clarke and Miss Amelia H.
