HUNT CLUB RACES.

Following are the remaining, results of yesterday's races in the North Taran aki Hunt* Club's meeting: — OPEN HACK HANDICAP of 15sovs, added to a sweepstake of 10s each for starters. Six furlongs. Mikotahi was first to get away, with Sylvan Park. and Recreation next. Fulminator got close up before the straight was reached-, and Recreation fell back. Mikotahi was never troubled and won comfortably by about -half a v length r from Sylvan Park; jFuhninator a length behind. ■' „ - ' - HUNT CLUB STEEPLECHASE. Time, 6min ISsec. Rapanui and Grey Star got off the marie together, followed by Kura. Teas refused to take the first fence. Rapanui had a good ' lead on Grey Star passing the stand, with Kura several lengths in the rear. On the next round Grey Star got alongside Rapanui, and they took the double jump together. Kura had also improved Malposition by this time, but he dislodged his rider at the next jump. Rapanui drew away again at the bask : and finished m a canter half-a-dozen lengths from Grey Star. Rapanui failed to draw the on weighing in, and the race / was awarded to Grey otaii. HUNTERS' HANDICAP HURDLES of lOsovs.^ One- mile and a-half. Mr Gua Sol>» br g Tokomaru (P. In this order they ran down the stt^ighj; the first time, Tato being some distance in the 'rear. At the six-furlong fence To- ' komaru tried to run off, but his 1 rider kept him to his" work and sent him up to the leader. They raced together until rounding 1 the bend, when TokoJ mam got a, little advantage and won by a couple of lengths, after an excellent race.^ .
