THE BUTTER MARKET.
Messrs E. Griffiths and Co., dairy produce exporters, New Plymouth, have just received the following cable from their London principals, Messrs Mills and Sparrow: — Butter — Danish has advanced 1 kroner. There is no real .alteration in the position, although there- seems to be a disposition in some quarters to talk the market easier. It is unquestionably the case that choice butters are scarce. We anticipate and look with every confidence for a big demand in the near future.
