NORTH ISLAND COMPETITION.

The twelfth week of the competition Eromoted by 4he North Island Egg--aying .Competition Association, Ltd., at Cambridge^ |wt» concluded on Friday, August 7; '1908. The following particulars are sup r plied by Mr A. B. Trythall, secretary, to the Competition. The number of eggs laid during the week was 1323, being an average of 20.4 eggs per pen. 'The total number of eggs laid since May 16; is 10;756, being an average of 162.96 eggs per pen. Leading pens to date are : ■—• LIGHT BREEDS.
